Company Culture
At SALT we value our employees and are always finding new ways to create a balance between detailed and excellent work with quality time outside the office. We are a family of dedicated worker bees who know how to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients while understanding the necessity to prioritize our lives outside of work. We enjoy making time to celebrate small or large wins (often with food), and encourage each other to push creative boundaries and exceed expectations.

Our Name
Salt, the mineral, is essential for balancing functions in the human body, it can be translated in every language (20+ languages are spoken in Alaska alone!), it has historically been documented as a form of currency and it adds flavor to an otherwise bland world. In other words, salt has value! We'd like to think that SALT's services add value, and contribute to every project's success. Some people insist that SALT is an acronym, so we came up with one just for you: So Awesome Like Tacos!
